The hotel is located in a convenient area close to Narita airport and a great Mexican restaurant. Rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and the breakfast is pretty good. the staff is friendly and accommodating. the hotel also boasts a large community bath area which is a great advantage.
The beds are quite hard and only one small pillow is provided, which may be uncomfortable for some guests.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was notably large for a Japanese hotel. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities including a large community bath area and parking spot.Perfect location close to a GREAT Mexican restaurant and transportation, easily accessible from Narita airport. The staff was extremely warm and friendly, and the breakfast was tasty.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and always willing to help. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and are very accommodating. Another great aspect of this hotel is the large community bath area. It has plenty of room so you never feel crowded. Plus, the hotel is located in a convenient area, close to a variety of restaurants and shops.
There were a few negatives to our experience at this hotel. the shared onsen had a lot of mold on the ceiling and wall, which was not a pleasant sight.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our Easter stay. The large community bath area was a great way to relax after a day of exploring the area. The location near a great Mexican restaurant was a bonus.
The bedding was quite hard and the single small pillow made it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. the community bath area was shared by both genders, with limited time slots for women.
